I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm with Josiah! He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to work with my needs. By far the best experience I have ever had shopping for my sleep goods. I strongly recommend him! He sexy too ngl 😍😛 He’s got it all! Definitely shop with him!!

Friendly, efficient, seems to really enjoy their work. We knew what we wanted and were out in no time. Good selection of nice products. Nice finance options. Knowledgeable and listens to the particular needs of customer. We will definitely go back if we have need of mattress purchase.

Beth assisted us and was very helpful. She was the only employee in the store at the time, but very politely greeted customers and let them know she’d be with them soon. Beth went above and beyond to help us get the best possible mattress within our budget. We appreciate the excellent service and we are excited to get our new mattress delivered soon!

What a great shopping experience going to Mattress Firm. From the large selection to the polite and courteous service it can't be beat. We were served by the manager on duty his name was Ty and he is a true gentleman not a pushy salesman like you could find in other places. Prices were comparable with other places but the quality can't be beat.

I first went here two weeks ago, and the store manager Marriott was extremely friendly and helpful, setting me up with an affordable on sale mattress, and did not pressure me in the slightest about a purchase. I left with a quote in hand to think it over, and came back a week later because of this great customer service, and I’m glad I did. While she was at a meeting, Cole, filling in a different store on a day he was supposed to have off, picked up right where she had left off, and pointed me to a few other options when I was having second thoughts with the original mattress I was quoted for. The one I eventually went with was a better option for me personally, and he worked hard to find me an amazing deal on an outlet example that was $800 off of MSRP out of North Carolina. He put great faith in their mattress cleaning standards on their clearance and outlet pieces, and was able to give me a free adjustable base, as well as 33% off a cool touch mattress protector, and $50 off delivery as I was not having anything picked up. All in all he was able to save me nearly $1000 off of a new queen sized bed for my new apt! Thank you so much Cole and Marriott for your amazing service and amazing finds, even when I had came in during the last day of a sale. I have not taken delivery of the mattress yet, so I cannot speak of its quality. This review is only about the customer service at this location.
