I recently visited the store by the Galleria Mall to purchase one of the Plush Memory Foam mattresses that was on sale. I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Beth Setzer, who was wonderful to work with in helping me with any questions and assisting me to pick the right mattress for my specific needs to get a good night's rest. Her patience was most appreciated. You realize how important that is more and more as you get older! I feel good about what I purchased and can't wait to have it delivered and assembled. Best part of the purchase was the free adjustable frame base that came with it and has the automatic lift at the top of the mattress that can help with some sleep issues and makes it more comfortable to read or watch TV in bed! Another plus with their products is they basically sell themselves if you choose the right mattress for your individual requirements. They stand behind what they sell! Kudos to Beth! Me and my wife had a great experience at mattress firm. He was respectful, very professional and made us feel comfortable by making our experience there pain free. We didn't feel like they was trying to sell us something, but listen to what we wanted and was able to help us Find exactly what we were looking for. We felt welcome comfortable and we were able to have good business experienced There. Me and my wife will be doing more good business there, because of the employee that we had spoken to that day.

The sales associate went above and beyond to get a me a better mattress for the price I needed! She’s amazing and I’m not because I can’t remember her name… she was the only female there and I definitely would recommend her salesmanship and kindness! She’s amazing! Great job lady if your seeing this I’ll see you around I’m sure when you stop in for cheer supplies!!

Instead of pressuring us into a quick decision, she took the time to explain the different options, answer all our questions, and make sure we understood what would work best for us. What really stood out was how focused she was on helping us get the best mattress at the best price. She walked us through the current deals and made sure we were getting the most value without ever making us feel rushed or pushed into something we didn’t want.
