View on GoogleTotal five star experience throughout the entire process. I noticed the Original Mattress Factory store in Rock Hill when I was running in to an adjacent store. I went in and met Theo. I told him I just had a few minutes but asked a few questions about an adjustable mattress set. He politely answered them and understood when I said I needed to come back later with my wife. A week or two later I went back to the store with my wife and Theo remembered me when I walked in the store and remembered what we had discussed. He patiently went through everything about the set we were interested in. Let us test out various options and answered our questions. The installers came today and were very polite, professional and patient. We thought we were prepared but it turns out we needed to do more work to be ready for the adjustable frame based on how our bed frame was built. The guys were very patient and understanding. When they had it all set up they took time to show us everything and answer any additional questions. My last mattress came from another OMF location (just where I lived at the time) so when it was time for something new this was the first place we checked based on past service and quality. Theo and the Rock Hill team did not disappoint. Absolute 5 star experience.
View on GoogleWe recently purchased a mattress, box springs and bed frame from Theo at Original Mattress Factory in Rockhill, SC. We were impressed with how clean the store was and also how he gave us a disposable sheet for us to try out the matrresses in the safest way possible. We were able to pick our matrresses and frame up that same day in Charlotte . The two guys in Charlotte were so helpful and friendly too. The items we purchased were a good price for what we received. This is our first purchase from Original Mattress, so are hoping it all holds up well and gives us the much needed comfort while we sleep each night. Thanks for making this experience a good one.
View on GoogleThis is the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. My back hurts, shoulder hurts, leg hurts - I’m in constant pain. Toss and turn all night, feel the springs in my side. I wasted $2,000! I have to now find a way to afford a new mattress set after less than 1 week of owning this one. I’m horribly sad and depressed over this purchase. If I had financed it, I would never make a payment. Worst ever. I’m in terrible pain and it continues to get worse each morning I wake up. I’m going back to Serta as quickly as possible.
