We actually had to go thru a warranty exchange due to a faulty mattress. Once we had the exchange approved, we spoke to Natalya at the Indian Land store. She was incredibly helpful at processing our exchange and assisting g is in finding the right mattress at the right price level. We are very greatful for her excellent service!

I purchased a mechanical bed that moves up and down for both the front and rear portion of the bed in Sept of 2024, since then, one (1) particular leg keeps breaking off, which pretty much collapses my bed and causes me to fall off of it. This business referred me to the maker of the bed, who sent me two (2) legs. I am now in need of a third 3rd replacement and I cannot acquire one from the maker of the bed. I contacted this business for help to no avail. I spent thousands of dollars and paid in cash. Not that that makes me anymore special than the next person, but please teach your employees to speak to people better. If I am calling for help, there is no need to act & speak to me like it's an inconvenience. If I could zero stars, I would.
