Desperately needed a queen mattress and bed frame to take home, today!! Short notice along with limited funds. Jameson was amazing! View on GoogleMattress Firm doesn't deserve 1 star. I bought a Serta pillow top mattress from here with a 10 yr. warranty. I paid $1,500 for the mattress, which I'm sure is a lot to most middle class workers. I had this mattress for 8 months, and it was no good. (See Pic) They would not cover a warranty. Also, the employee I spoke with was not only rude, but hurtful. Don't fool yourself and think that Mattress Firm will cover a warranty, because they won't!
