A great experience from selection to delivery. Be sure to ask for Tom. We got 2 mattresses and he didn't rush or anything he was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as we needed to make sure we got the right mattress. The customer service after is also great. For one mattress we had a delay in getting the bed frame and they were very flexible in holding the mattress til it came in. The delivery service was also excellent. I can't say I got the absolute rock bottom price but you pay for what you get and when you factor in the excellent customer service and taking the time to know you got the right mattress it truly is a bargain.

We had a great experience with Yaroslav. I had done a lot of research on mattresses to upgrade my kids from toddler beds to Twins, but I felt overwhelmed by all the marketing and reviews online. We walked in, told Yaroslav what we wanted and our approx budget, and he gave us a few good options. It was super low pressure and simple. The mattresses were delivered a day and a half later and it was super straightforward. Thanks!

Keith was amazing!!! He was really helpful and took the time to explain the differences in all the mattresses. Initially, I was sure that I wanted a specific type of mattress, but he had me check out a couple others just to make sure I was aware of the differences between all of them. (I definitely didn’t know anything about these beds!). I ended up with a mattress 1000x better than the one I thought I wanted. Super helpful and he even made sure I came in with the husband when the sale was active. He wasn’t there when we came back but we worked with Yaroslav who again was also super sweet and amazing. We didn’t feel pressured at all!! The bed was delivered the next day. We got the Ergo- base and set up took 15 minutes, they came well within the 2 hr window (30 min into it in fact). Great mattress store with a wide selection of options from different construction styles of mattress, softness levels, and wide range of prices. This showroom has several Tempur-Pedic models to try out and the sales team was knowledgeable about explaining all of the differences. It’s been great to upgrade our sleep and the delivery went super smooth. We were also to able to get a mattress for our cat! 10/10 recommended!
