Mattress Firm Western Plaza

We came almost a year ago and did not purchase anything then. When we came in this time, the sales representative, Eder remembered us. We were pleased that he was still there a year later, which made us more comfortable purchasing from Mattress Firm. Eder was very knowledgeable and patient, as we trued out the different mattress types and firmness. Even better was our choice was in stock and delivered as promised, the next morning.

Great staff!! Shelby made us feel comfortable (quite literally) and helped us throughout the whole mattress buying experience without making us feel pressured. Yaro is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Overall very pleased and quite shocked at how quickly we found our new mattress. 10/10 would definitely recommend to a friend (that’s YOU)

This is my second experience with Mattress Firm in Rancho Palos Verdes. Both have been exceptional as the manager listened closely to my needs which helped with my decision making. I have recommended this particular Mattress Firm to family as we are aging as fast as our old mattresses.

The salesperson was polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He helped me select the right mattress based on my requirements and budget which turn it to be a great price also. I am very satisfied with Mattress Firm and happy with new mattress.

I had a really great experience. They encouraged me to try different beds and to lay on them. It made all the difference! They also were able to find the perfect fit once I addressed some concerns that I had. 10/10 experience.
