Stumbling across this by accident was a pleasant surprise. I own a Purple Hybrid and I wasn't aware there was a store. Josh was an all star! He was super knowledgeable about the brand and product. I appreciated how he took the time to answer my questions and let me try out their newer pillows (which are way better than the original in my opinion) without being salesy. You don't want to miss this experience if you're a Purple fan💜💜💜.

I gotta give a 5 star recommendation to both Purple and Kerri. She was extremely helpful and not at all pushy or even judgemental when I explained I was paying through Affirm. She answered all of my questions and my families with no type of dirty looks or anything, especially since we were there when the store just opened. She was amazing. If you go, I would definitely look out for her. Tremendously helpful. I left happy with my order (even though my bed has been delayed, but that's not their fault at all, it's FedEx's fault).
