Great experience here at the Flagship store! Andy was fantastic—super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to go for the most expensive option; he just focused on helping us find what worked best for us. Really appreciated the straightforward, informative approach. Eric did an absolutely incredible job walking us through and clearly explaining the differences between firm and soft mattresses. We went in assuming that a softer mattress would ruin your back, but he educated us on the fact that they actually provide the same level of pressure support. He explained how it really just comes down to personal preference. We’re extremely grateful for his patience and time, and would definitely recommend shopping here for your next mattress :)

Diane was so sweet and helpful! I went in with some friends to browse for later when we move and Diane was very welcoming and excited to show us the features of the mattress we were interested in. She was very patient with us and gave us all the info and demonstration she could. Definitely will be coming back when it’s the moving day 👏🏽!
