Mancini's Sleepworld Roseville

Had a great experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld thanks to Marlan! He was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses and furniture, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. We ended up purchasing the Black Beautyrest and are very excited about our choice. What stood out most was that he was never pushy — just genuinely helpful, personable, and focused on helping us find the right fit for our needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Marlan if you visit!

Wow! We just had an amazing experience mattress shopping…yes that’s right, mattress shopping. We did our research before hand to get a good idea of what we needed. Then I was confronted with “where in the world could one actually test these mattresses in person?”…BOOM & there it was Mancini’s Sleep World. Not only did they have almost all the brands we wanted to test, we lucked out and got Mel as our mattress expert. He really stepped up and was full of mattress knowledge. He asked all the important questions and a few we hadn’t thought of. He systematically took us thru each of the brands we were interested in along with a few suggestions from Mel, he expertly led us to our new mattress and boy are we happy! On top of all that, Mancini’s gave us a year to test to make sure we’re happy with our purchase, we got new high dollar pillows and a sheet set for free. If you are looking for a mattress, Mancini’s Sleep world is a no brainer!

Just wanted to share how awesome this place is. Obviously, their products are top notched but more than anything else, the customer service is beyond excellent. We came in and Melvin was there to welcome us warmly. He was very transparent and not at any point did we feel any pressure. Melvin was nice enough to give us great deal. Additionally, their delivery is on time and the delivery team were friendly. Can't recommend this place enough. They will not make you feel like just another customer - it felt like just a relaxed conversation with a friend or family member. Thanks guys!

AWESOME!! Completely blown away with the customer service. The manager Melvin has been a great pleasure to work with to help us find are new mattress. Pressure free and super knowledgeable with every mattress,pillow,sheet,base, etc etc. The list goes on. Felt like family as soon as we walked in. Would HIGHLY recommend coming in and saying hi to Melvin. Definitely beats all the competitors near, by a mile!

My wife and I stopped in and was greeted by Melvin. He showed us all the different mattresses he had on the floor. We walked around testing I think all of them. We ended up buying the Helix midnight mattress. We want to give Melvin a personal shoutout for his knowledge but most of all his patience. I don’t know how most people buy mattresses but we bombarded with questions about everything. I think we visited the store 3 times. Every time he was professional and PATIENT We recommend stopping by after you have gone to his competitors and meet with Melvin. You’ll find the best deal and selection. John & Marian
