Sleep Number

We had a superior purchase experience at the Sleep Number store in The Fountains in Roseville. Damien pleasantly greeted us as we entered the store. We had done our research so we knew what we wanted. Damien was extremely knowledgeable regarding options available and was very thorough in explaining all of them. He never pressured us to purchase additional items which was a pleasant change. The only item he stressed was the extended warranty which only made sense for such a technical purchase. The Sleep Number warranty was thoroughly & repeatedly explained. We highly recommend Sleep Number and Damien. You will not be unhappy.

Today my husband & I visited the Sleep Number store in Roseville CA. We were greeted immediately with such a warm welcome from Erica. We were in need of a new mattress for a split-king. She did a phenomenal job explaining the different options to suit our needs. She took her time, going over each detail, all the while in a wonderful & cheerful manner. There was no hard sell or pressure to purchase something we didn't want or need & after the explanations, she let us decide. It was the BEST customer service that we have had in years! Thank you, Erica for being so customer-oriented & for loving what you do. It absolutely shows!

READ THE FINE PRINT ON RETURN POLICY yes, the mattress is returnable for the $250 fee but the $2000 mattress base is not!! Did I read the fine print? Probably not as close as I should have. But the sales person 100% did not mention it, as I was taking notes during the conversation We ended up keeping this glorified air mattress because it is too costly to lose $2k and then go get a whole other mattress.

Been shopping for a new bed for several months. After looking at reviews here, Nectar, Airpedic, etc and found this company to be the way to go. The staff were very helpful and not pushy; they just wanted to make sure they understood what we were looking for. After trying a few of their demo models we found the bed we were looking for, at the right price, and even got a couple of discounts including one as a military veteran. Highly recommend.

Erica was wonderful! I had started an order on line, but had questions that the chat didn’t help with. I called the Fountains store, and Erica answered all my questions. I made my purchase through her. She even helped me with the app and guided me through completion. Erica was very professional, friendly, and upbeat. 😊
