We got our first King size bed. The gentlemen were very nice. Helped on what we want for our comfort.Explained our bed in very good detail. Will recommend people to their business. The delivery was great as well. Was in and out in no time. We’re are extremely happy.

Mandy was an excellent sales rep, listening to what we were looking for and supplying many different options. She was warm and friendly, and knowledgeable. Mattress Firm has a ton of mattresses to choose from, many different ways to buy/finance and held true to their delivery schedule-which was well within the time slot, old mattress removed and new one in place in less than ten minutes. Couldn’t be any happier.

Noah (our salesman) was incredibly knowledgeable about their products and knew exactly what to show us after we went over our pain points with him. Rachel was also very friendly and happy to talk with us about our needs as well. Alex was a very courteous host/store manager, and the overall experience couldn't have been better. Highly recommended!!
