Today 8/29, This is the worst experience I’ve had, website told me delivery was 8/28 but never received it waited all day, talk to there live chat told me allow 5-14 more days wth. Then got an email saying packages is in there warehouse waiting for pick up, went there a sign that says customer pick up at 10am-8pm, it’s 6pm I hear people inside I’m ringing the bell multiple times no answer. Mattress firm do better, all I want is a day when will it arrive or pick up so I can plane accordingly this is very unprofessional wish your company was honest with your information, I wasted my time just to get my mattress, a customer don’t deserve this treatment. I will cancel my order.

Our entire experience with the mattress firm was fantastic, we bought our purchase from the Olympia store but they didn't have the base in stock so we had to go here to get it. Service was quick and helpful, it took about ten minutes from the time we walked in. This will be our go too if we ever need a mattress again.

This place does not deserve a single star I checked in at 6:15 for a 07:00 delivery and delivery was very strict to the appointment. The skinny guy that checks you in needs a little bit of customer service skills. I checked with him around 07:48 what was going on,why am I not being unloaded yet. He said they are working on it……it is 9:48 am and still nothing yet. There is overnight parking. Restrooms are inside the facility,receiving office is where customers pick up their mattresses. As a truck driver they hold you up here for a little while. Good luck!

The dude made a lame excuse to not fill my order after I already drove over there. Said he couldn’t get my mattress because they were “short staffed”. He said they were “closed” at 3pm when the website said they were open until 7pm. The dude told me to just come back tomorrow after I was already there with my neighbors truck that I borrowed. I was just picking up a twin mattress. It’s not that hard smh
