Salesmen, several of them, were well informed & patient with my trying each of the mattresses. They were pleasant & helpful in explaining why none of the mattresses had a knee gatch that specifically raised the knee, which I fully expected to see. My only complaint was that each salesperson directed all their info to my children, ignoring me as if I, a senior citizen could not possibly understand or make a decision for myself. This continued until I made it known rather forcefully that I was buying the mattress & could & would like to be addressed as such. They quickly began directing the info to me, which I appreciated. Also at checkout I appreciated their patience as I experienced a glitch in trying to access my funds to complete the sale. Thankfully my daughter was able to pay for me. Otherwise, the sales folk were kind, respectful & accommodating! I am looking forward to the new mattress.

View on GoogleThis is our go to place when we need a new mattress. We’ve bought at least three here in the last 15 years. One for our guest room, two for our master. This second time for our master, we spent a lot of time figuring out which mattress would work best and Travis was awesome. He just let us try everything, looked up the type of mattress we currently have and made recommendations based on what we were considering getting. Very considerate and thoughtful. And a super easy checkout. The hardest part was test driving all the various mattresses to figure out which felt best to both my husband’s body and mine. But thanks to Travis, I think we nailed it. And since we were upgrading to a Temperpedic, he explained how we could get one at a slight discount, if we were willing to take one someone else had returned. Luckily they had one in stock. Very pleased with all aspects of our shopping experience here.
