I had such a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm yesterday thanks to Dylan. My mom and I came in to look for a new mattress, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and really made sure I found something comfortable and right for me. On top of that, he helped me get a really great deal, which I truly appreciate. Customer service like this makes such a difference — thank you, Dylan! You’re the best.
View on GoogleI had a great experience working with Dylan. I walked in unsure of what I wanted, and he made everything feel simple and easy to figure out. He was kind and patient, taking the time to listen to what I needed. He answered all my questions and offered helpful suggestions without ever making me feel pressured. It felt genuine, like he really cared about helping me find the right fit. I ended up with a mattress I am really happy with. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely recommend asking for Dylan if you visit.
View on GoogleJason was incredibly helpful and was able to provide us with an excellent experience in store. We had done some previous research but Jason was able to guide us to a bed we weren’t considering that we felt was going to be a great option based on our needs. Would highly recommend this store when searching for a mattress or bed for your family.
View on GoogleMy husband and I were out to do one of the roughest things in life… pick a mattress! We had already checked out a couple of mattress stores when we happened to be eating next-door to Mattress Firm in Franklin. Since we were right there, we decided to go in and try again. Dylan was super knowledgeable and super patient, which made making the selection very easy. It was really great experience!
View on GoogleJason gave us his undivided attention. He was very kind and helpful. We were pleased to get a “free” adjustable base with our new mattress. Great customer service!
