Mattress Firm Green Hills

Buying the mattress was fine and not difficult, delivery was supposed to be today. They were an hour behind the delivery window and didn’t bring the frame for the bed. Now we have a mattress sitting on the floor. Called and was told they won’t deliver a frame tonight and they will add us to deliver tomorrow. Have to clear plans on a Saturday to get something that should’ve been delivered today. Poor service and attention to what was ordered. —- Update, they were able to deliver the frame as the first stop Saturday morning. The manager we purchased from was very helpful originally. Updating review to 4 stars for this reason

We had a good experience at this Mattress Firm. No pressure sales. Nate left us alone once we said we just wanted to look. He did check on us quickly and provided valuable information - all without being pushy. He gave us a discount and arranged everything quickly once we picked a mattress. Delivery was hassle free and as promised. The two delivery workers were professional and efficient.

I was very pleased with my recent experience. Kevin was very helpful efficient and I believe made me a very good deal. I am glad I shopped in the store instead of online. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Never in my wildest dreams could I imagine that a mattress is just not a mattress! Kevin @ Green Hills store knew his stuff . I got the full experience of what it is like to get a professional help me understand just how life changing a mattress could actually be. My husband has extreme back pain with so much time spent in Physical Therapy, I am so excited to take him back and experience what I did today!!!! I see a new mattress in our future!

Nate at Mattress Firm in Nashville, Green Hills store was excellent! He helped me understand the different styles of mattresses ie. Hybrid vs. foam, medium, medium firm, medium plush etc… which ultimately led me to choosing the right mattress for me! Never thought I’d be excited about a new mattress but it’s a game changer!!
