Great selection, attractive prices, fantastic sales people! I’ve spent several months shopping (numerous stores online and several local showrooms) for sofas to replace my aging living room furniture. I found plenty of options, but no store had the vast selection that Rooms To Go does. I found just what I wanted - dual power recliner sofa set in a soft fabric (they have plenty in leather and microfiber too). All their living room furniture seems to be of the same quality I have seen elsewhere, but with better sale prices than comparable items elsewhere. When I finally settled on my favorite style, Terry Whitney patiently answered all my questions and offered additional information I hadn’t thought about. His helpful and relaxed presence set just the right tone. When I said I wanted to go home and look at my color scheme one last time before committing, he offered to set up a personal online shopping cart containing my items at locked-in pricing for 2 weeks, and he took just a few minutes to create it. There was zero pressure to buy that day; this relaxed atmosphere helped me realize I truly was done shopping around and ready to purchase from Rooms To Go. A week later when I was sure about the color, I was delighted to complete the order on my phone at my convenience. Every time I visited Rooms To Go, I was greeted by a different salesperson, and they all were quite pleasant and chill. We started our shopping with only a rough idea of what we wanted, then we met Bruce. He introduced himself and told us to let him know if we had questions, perfect! No pressure. We looked at several sofas, they all had their own qualities and after only a short time we sought him out and told him what we were looking for and what was important to us. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable with each product and guided us to the few that he thought would meet our expectations. He was right on target and didn't waste our time trying to upsell us on anything. As we narrowed our selection he gave us the information we needed. I don't like shopping for the bigger ticket items as I often leave feeling I've been taken advantage of by sales people but Bruce was very knowledgeable, personable and made the entire experience more than just pleasant. He has earned a customer for as long as he works there. Kudos to RTG for hiring and letting him work the floor. We even went back and bought a rug!
