Mattress Firm Wicker Park

We had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm Wicker Park thanks to Julio! He was incredibly attentive and patient. I originally bought a pillow online that wasn't firm enough for my husband, who has shoulder pain from his military service. Julio took the time to help us find the perfect firm, high-quality pillow in-store and arranged delivery to our home. He truly cared about our satisfaction and made sure we left happy. It was also great getting to know him—such a genuine and kind person!

We were overdue for a new mattress and Omar at Wicker Park Mattress Firm made finding a wonderful fit, hassle free. Due to scheduling and winter break, we brought along our three kids, ages 5, 2 and 1 and Omar and Vince were patient, informative, incredibly helpful and kind. Despite our kids thinking it was a trampoline park, they made sure to keep everything clean, didn’t overwhelm us with information, gave us honest pricing and helped us find a good bed. Our big kid even got an awesome twin mattress upgrade thanks to their suggestions. The pricing was fair and the ability to try everything out in person, so worth it. Would absolutely recommend checking out this showroom, ask for Omar!

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Victor. He was incredibly nice, patient, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. We also had a credit under our warranty and Victor was especially helpful in explaining how it worked and walking us through our options. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Victor if you’re shopping for a mattress!

I met with Marco and JJ over my 2 visits to the mattress firm on Milwaukee and Caton. Really knowledgeable. Respectful of our needs and wasnt pushy. BUT showed us some mattresses that weren’t even on our radar and we ended up going with one of them! Great experience with Marco today who’s very knowledgeable about sleep hygiene and made the investment a LOT more comfortable.

Experience in the shop was great. Good customer service. However, had a delivery window today where no one showed. When I called, the driver told them I’d refused the order which obviously didn’t happen. The time they stated someone refused it, I was outside and no mattress trucks were outside. So either the delivery driver can’t navigate or they chose to skip me over entirely. Either way, I as the customer get the short end of the stick. No I was I’m to wait for it to return to the store to reschedule. For such a large purchase, I would expect to receive the item when I’m told I will.
