View on GoogleHorrible experience. Bought a 12” mattress and was told to pick it up on 11/25/22. Went to pick it up and they “did not” have any in the warehouse like I was told. They proceed to tell me “we can give you a different one and when the correct one comes in we will call you and deliver it on 12/5 and pick up the other mattress”. It is now 12/6 and I received no phone call or mattress. So I call the warehouse and they tell me there is nothing in the system about that and can not deliver the mattress I ordered. I proceed to go to the warehouse where the guy wants to argue with me about the situation until I spot the worker that helped me out. Now they tell me the mattress won’t be in until 12/31/22 (a month after I bought the mattress). Terrible customer service. Terrible organization. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
View on GoogleThey didn't have my item that is already paid for. Said they could pick it up in Augusta & I can pick it up tomorrow. When I purchased it the day before, I was told I coul pick up at the warehouse tomorrow (now today). I asked could they deliver it today when it comes in from Augusta today because I am out of town tomorrow. Nope, they were not willing to accommodate me, even though I have been inconvienced. Never doing business with them again!
