With his expert guidance, I selected a Sealy mattress, motorized lifting headrest base that included delivery, setup and haul-away of the old mattress at such a unbeatable price that done of my friends could hardly believe me. Jake made the entire process smooth and stress free. I recommend Jake and Mattress Firm on Brand in Glendale Calif enough! Good people-God bless them.

I will say Joseph (Joe) was the reason why I bought a Tempur-Pedic and Adjustable base Without my husband being there but know he will be so proud of what I got for us! Joe was compassionate on my scoliosis and hear all the issues we have with our current Stern & Fosters Firm mattress. He also sympathized and had such a calming voice and was extremely patient & knowledgeable on all the mattresses. I already had an idea of what I was looking for as I had visited the Temper-Pedic store in the Pasadena location. I mainly wanted a new mattress so I went with the ProAdapt Hybrid in medium. Because of the memorial sale I was able to buy it all at a great price and even brought my mom same day. We both got the same Tempur-Ergo Smart adjustable base with the bells n whistles. Dying to sleep to try the Head & foot elevations, sleep tracker and vibrations. I almost forgot to mention they had a buy one get one free pillow promo. I was thinking of getting the Tempur pedic adapt but their store brand Sleepy's Deluxe Charcoal Cool pillow in Low profile was AMAZINGLY better. $149 each but again, Joe Hooked it up with a great deal! So I got a his and hers! I can't express enough gratitude to Joe and I am so excited to get it delivered and installed within 2days vs 2-3weeks like the other stores. I am definitely coming here for all my mattress needs and you should too! You won't be disappointed and tell them Dennise sent ya!

Jake the store manager and mattress genius was awesome. Whole vault of bed knowledge in that noggin of his. I needed a mattress, didn't know what I wanted, and left knowing what I wanted. Kinda all you can ask for. So ya, go here. It was a real treat. Bonus points for the massage chair.

I came in to look for a matches for my daughters and I had such a wonderful experience. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes at Southwest. They showed me what I was looking for not what they were trying to sell me. Great job Joe..

I was attempting to contact Mattress Firm in Indianapolis, Indiana (Glendale location), but somehow ended up reaching Jake at the Glendale, California store. I was already frazzled, but Jake was incredibly helpful and kind. He took the time to advise me on who to contact to resolve my remote control issue. After having no luck, I reached back out to Jake, and that’s when we realized I had been speaking with the wrong location all along. Even though I wasn’t his customer, Jake went above and beyond to make sure my issue was addressed and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I truly appreciate that level of care and professionalism. I only wish the Indianapolis location offered the same quality of service, as my experiences there have not been great. Thank you sooo much Jake!
