Mattress Firm Studio City

We had a fantastic experience here! Rachael helped my partner and I find a great mattress within our budget, provided us several options to try out, and had a lot of knowledge of what kind of mattress would be best for the way we sleep! The whole experience was very easy and not stressful at all.

I was very appreciative of the attention to my wishes that Hairo & his manager gave. I explained on arriving at the store that I had been to another company looking for a new bed & had been completely turned off by the high pressure sales tactics. Hairo & the manager were great about listening to my wishes while also making sure I would get a bed set that met my needs. This was the only store who asked me about things like sleeping position, back pain & other things that would make a difference in the type of mattress that would meet my needs & comfort. I was very impressed & would absolutely recommend the Studio City store to anyone purchasing a new mattress or bed frame.

Nye was amazing! She was personable and friendly, and really listened to us. All our questions were answered, helping us to make an informed decision in purchasing our new bed. We got a great deal and Nye really made the whole mattress-buying experience a lot more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Ryan the salesperson really was awesome! He made sure that we made the best choice by offering different firmness of mattresses. He didn't push us to make decisions, he was very patient and let us have our time. He helped us understand the differences with the pillows as well. Very welcoming and clean place!
