We had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm, and it was all thanks to Steven. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient. He truly went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and confident with our purchase. Steven guided us perfectly based on our needs. He took the time to explain the different materials, encouraged us to try multiple mattresses and pillows, and made sure we didn’t feel rushed at all. We really appreciated his knowledge and genuine care. We left knowing we chose the best options for us, and that peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great buying experience! Special thanks to the boss, Steven.

View on GoogleVery pleased with my experience at Mattress Firm! Both Steve and Roger offered valuable insight and information. Before finalizing the purchases, my cousin and I came back a few times to check out our respective mattresses and we finalized our purchase today 12/29/25. We couldn't be happier with our overall experience.
View on GoogleWe walked in with no intention of purchasing a mattress on our first stop. Roger greeted us without giving us a feeling of being " salesy" . He asked what we were looking for, our budget, and any specific issues with pain. After talking for a few minutes he showed us what he felt would be a good match. We laid on a few matresses and he didn't hover over us, which was so nice. He walked away while we laid on a few matresses and let us talk. We did purchase a Sterns & Foster and it was delivered the very next day! We ended upon taking advantage of the monthly interest free payments, why not. Thank you Roger for going above and beyond to help us with financing. We LOVE our new mattress, we already notice our back and hip pain has disappeared! Thank you.
