Overall great experience! We went into the location in Suprise Arizona to try out a Helix mattress. Theo was our salesperson today and he was awesome! Super helpful and knowledgeable without making us feel like he’s just trying to make a sale. We tried out multiple mattresses, as well as the moving bed frames to see if interested. We ended up leaving with a mattress, frame, and pillows with great deals. Super satisfied with the experience provided at this location.
View on GoogleI have done a lot of shopping online and educating myself. I did not intend to buy today. I was already kind of leaning to the Brooklyn Bedding after researching and finding they are made in Arizona, but I was expecting a hard sell which I did not get. I had 2 other brands (better known and more advertised) which I was strongly focused on but decided to not pursue after Marcel talked with me and led me to convince myself. The subject of the others never came up. I am excited! Thank you Marcel!
