Sleep Number

7 months ago, I decided to buy a sleep number bed. Throughout the process of deciding, Chris from the White Plains, NY store had been so exceptionally helpful in helping me to get to a decision on the bed that was right for me. Even when I wanted to exchange my mattresses for the Comfortnext, Chris was do nice in helping me with the selectIon. Thank you Chris.

We just purchased our king ComfortNext Lux bed in the Westchester Mall in White Plains. From the minute we walked in, Chris was an absolute professional. He walked us through every aspect of choosing a bed that matched our needs exactly. He was kind, patient and answered any questions we had with a vast knowledge of all products. What a wonderful experience we had today. While we just went in to browse today, we ended up buying our dream bed. Thanks Chris and Sleep Number White Plains, NY.

I went into the Sleep Number at the Westchester the other day, and had one of the easiest transactions I’ve ever had. Lisa was the sales rep who helped me. She was extremely polite, professional, and courteous. She asked me what my needs were, and we identified what type of sleeper I was and what more I needed from a mattress. I told her I wasn’t looking for anything too special, and we worked with the beds that were in my price range. Never once that I feel pressure from an up-sale or anything like that. I settled on their comfort mode lux and I’m very excited to receive it. I would absolutely recommend Sleep Number at The Westchester to anyone looking for a new mattress. Stop in a talk to Lisa!

I had a great experience at the Sleep Number store in Westchester Mall, thanks to Chris. He was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the beds. I’ve visited several mattress stores, and his level of customer service truly stood out. Chris was patient, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated how transparent he was about pricing—no hidden fees, no pressure, and no hassle. He made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming decision actually feel easy and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right fit, not just any fit. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning, and I hope to work with Chris again. Highly recommend!

We’ve been customers of Sleep Number for many years and went back for a new mattress and bed frame. Lisa at the store in the Westchester mall was amazing. She treated us like first time sleep number customers, walked us through all the options based on our budget and needs. Took the time to explain everything and did not try to over sell anything! I felt I was being assisted by a very experienced, knowledgeable and caring family member. Would highly recommend the store, and definitely ask for Lisa when you are there. Like a beloved family member Lisa still checks in on us and our comfort and experience with our bed. We love our bed and we love Lisa!
