Stickley Furniture | Mattress

Stickley offers a variety of quality/durable furniture, and their customer service is Outstanding with a personalized touch. I've had the absolute Pleasure of working with their Exceptional designer (Robin Springer) in White Plains, and he's PHENOMENAL!! Robin is an amazing professional who's knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. He's very patient & talented, and took time to educate me about designs, colors, styles, and patterns to choose from. I've been working with Robin for the past several months, and he has transformed my home from Boring to MAGICAL! Our working relationship is ongoing, and I'm truly Satisfied!

We’ve been customers for over 30 years. Features solid oak L & JG Stickley craftsman furniture built in Upstate New York; will last a lifetime. Friendly staff take the time to understand your requirements and offer attractive discounts at times.

My furniture arrived yesterday, and I am so happy! Received great customer service from my designer Diane and delivery and setup.

Unfortunately the workmanship on Stickley furniture has declined pretty severely - I wish that I did not buy a couch and loveseat from them. Look at the puckering on the seams and poor fit of the couch cushions in the photos! Update: Stickley service sent out someone to look at the couches. He joked the workmanship is so bad they must be using child labor :). He said he would file a report and I have followed up a couple of times and gotten no reply. So not only will you get bad quality furniture but you'll also get poor customer service!

We worked with Robin who was amazing. We showed him a photo of our space and he was able to help us imagine what the final product would look like. Each step of the process he made easy and fun. When choosing the furniture you’re able to customize each piece by choosing from many different options. Will absolutely be working with Robin in the future.
