Mattress Firm Trancas Street

Our recent in-store experience at Mattress Firm was excellent. Kerkula, the sales agent who assisted us, was incredibly attentive and patient throughout the process. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us in selecting the right mattress for our Airbnb. His product knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made the experience smooth and enjoyable. We left confident in our purchase, knowing we had chosen the best option thanks to Kerkula’s guidance. Truly a delightful experience! Exceptional service 👏.

It was just a great experience. James who was my salesman was unbelievable. He spent alot of time with me, he explained the difference of the mattress that I was interested in and never pushed me in to any product. He really help in the financing part gave me a really great deal and saved me alot of money. I highly recommend James and Mattress Firm.

We walked into the showroom, were greeted by Vincent, and ended up picking the PERFECT MATTRESS in under 10 minutes. (He didn’t even mind when I sprawled out and asked him to let me nap for a bit!) It was a real pleasure to visit the showroom and have the entire transaction completed so quickly, and he even arranged for delivery the next morning! The crew kept us updated on our delivery time, and from the moment the truck pulled up, removed the old mattress and brought in the new one, it was 13 whole minutes! Crew was polite and professional, 10 STARS ALL THE WAY! Thank you! 👏🏻

Vincent was amazing to work with during my mattress purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the perfect mattress for my needs without making me feel pressured. He answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth and easy. I really appreciate his great customer service and would definitely recommend asking for Vincent if you’re shopping for a new mattress!

I was in the market for a firm mattress to replace my old beat up one. I called ahead and spoke to Kirk and James at Mattress Firm in Napa and they said they would love to show me some options and would work with me on a fair price. I arrived and was warmly welcomed by Kirk and James. It was a wonderful experience. Unlike some other stores that hound you and push their most expensive items onto you , they took their time to ask what my ideal price range was and stayed well within my budget. They allowed me to demo numerous mattresses with varying levels of firmness. I eventually settled on one that felt perfect and they were able to give me a nice discount on it and even included an adjustable base. It was a pleasant experience and I walked out feeling great about my purchase. If you’re out shopping for a new bed, do not hesitate to stop by and check out their store! It was a 10/10 experience!
