Mancini's Sleepworld Vallejo

We recently shopped at many mattress establishments and I must say that the Vallejo Mancini's Sleepworld provided the best experience. Sean Moore was very professional and knowledgeable about the product offerings. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us accordingly. He did not pressure us and understood that we needed to do our diligence and look around. Because of the level of care and customer service that we experienced, we eventually came back and made our purchase from Sean. We appreciated this probably more than he knows. Kudos to Sean!

Mancini lives up to its name for excellent products and excellent service. Sean, in the Vallejo store, was a delight. He’s very knowledgeable about everything having to do with the mattress business. He’s a nice man who’s easy to talk to. I recommend to you for your sleep needs.

Great experience. Brandon is the best. Quick, informative, knowledgeable, direct, and trustworthy. He looks you in the eye and doesn't try to sell you what you're not looking for. I went in with a clear idea of which mattress I wanted, and walked out with said mattress. Easy transaction, and I would fully recommend. Apparently, he's heading to the Novato store in a few weeks. Good for him, bad for the Vallejo store.

Another positive review for Mancini’s Sleep World in Vallejo. My husband was beginning to experience back issues form our aging mattress and we were due for a replacement. We were impressed with the range of mattresses we were able to try out, and quickly homed in on the one that felt best. Our salesperson, Brandon, was a new hire on his first day— but he was knowledgeable and helpful, giving us ample time to make our decision without hovering. We also appreciated the support of Sean, who made sure that our purchase was smooth and efficient. We bought an Aireloom mattress and adjustable base, as well as a mattress protector, which are on track to be delivered tomorrow. We walked out with two new pillows as well. Mancini’s in Vallejo was close to us, and it was wonderful to have such a positive experience with no hassle. Glad we shopped there!

It was a great no hassle experience buying the zecliner power lift sleep recliner at the Mancini’s store in Vallejo. Sean Moore was very helpful and accommodating. He gave us a great deal which is much better than the other 2 stores we dealt with. He’s very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this store.
