Mancini's Sleepworld Napa

We purchased a new mattress at Mancini’s in Napa, and had an outstanding experience thanks to Ty Johnson, the store manager. He greeted us right away, asked thoughtful questions, and guided us through several options with patience and expertise. Ty is incredibly personable and highly knowledgeable—he explained the key features of each mattress, including how the one we ultimately chose is handmade with top-quality components. He also shared the history of the company and encouraged us to compare different models carefully. Ty even suggested other brands for us to try, but none matched the comfort and craftsmanship of the Aireloom luxury mattress he recommended. His ability to listen to our concerns and match them with the right product made all the difference. We genuinely enjoyed our time with Ty and are extremely grateful for his help. He is truly an asset to the company!

I had a fantastic experience at Mancinis. I was very close to buying a mattress online, but I decided I really needed to try them in person. I am so glad I did because I would have ended up with a totally wrong one. Ty was incredibly helpful and informative from start to finish. He listened to what I needed, walked me through several options, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back for future purchases.

Went to Mancinis in Napa today..as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ty ( store manager ). He asked basic questions on comfort and got to buisness right away... he knew exactly what mattresses that fit my liking from comfort to price! He explained what brands were most known for . It safe to say I was in good hands with someone that knows their mattresses. I highly recommend everyone going to Ty based on his knowledge, patience, and just making you feel comfortable to ask any questions. Thank you again Ty!

Just wanted to share my positive experience shopping at your store. The best aspect of my visit was the selection of mattresses and the complete absence of any high-pressure or "hard sell" tactics. Brian was exceptionally helpful, explaining the options clearly and tailoring his recommendations specifically to my needs to ensure I achieve a great night's sleep. I successfully completed my purchase, and the financing process was straightforward and easy.
