Mattress Firm Triangle Plaza

My wife and I visited Mattress Firm when we first began the mattress selection process. We were greeted by Erica. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and most of all not your typical pushy salesperson. They have a large selection for you to view and try. Erica took the time to identify what type of sleepers we are, answered all our questions, showed us several mattresses to try. We told her we just started looking and needed additional time to look. She thanked us for coming in, gave us her card and said she was available for any questions even as we visited other stores. It was Erica's professionalism that eventually brought us back to Mattress Firm. We made our decision on which mattress was best for our needs and made our purchase. Erica made sure our entire experience was a pleasant one even though we had left the store after our first visit. I was greeted by Erica and we talked about the issues I and my husband were having with our current mattress. She was kind and walked me through the different mattress that Matress Firm carried. After sampling the different mattress available I chose the one that suited me. Erica is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend her for your next mattress purchase.

I went in Triangle Square store in comfy clothes and gave myself plenty of time! Greeted by salesperson and honed in on several appropriate mattress sets. All questions answered and beneficial discussion ensued! Took my time as other customers had their concerns met while I also received the attention needed without any pressure. Very good experience and glad I made a decision.

This was our second time purchasing from mattress firm and having Erica as our salesperson. We were greated with a smile and her pleasant and friendly demeanor continued throughout our sales experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about ALL of the mattresses! She was able to answer all of our questions and with her time and patience, we were able to leave the store knowing that we made the right choice.
