Mattress Firm Village Oaks

We were assisted by TJ (Village Oaks location) and it was such an amazing experience! He walked us through the process of choosing a mattress that would be the best for my partner and me. He even convinced us to purchase pillows which I didn’t intend to at first but I’m so glad we did. He was nice to talk to and shows that he cares about his customers!

I got a solid deal on the mattress I needed from Colby, who works among all the South Bay stores. (The salespeople float) Strait-up, flexible, no pressure, available, and extremely patient. He got me grounded on the variables of the mattress market, and my mind is at peace with my price point. Colby also helped me understand the in-and-outs of the industry’s delivery process, which is another kind of animal, wholly separate from the purchase process, that has its own habits. I may never buy another mattress, but if I do, I know who I’m calling.

The sales associate was extremely helpful. In a matter of minutes, after explaining what we were looking for and how we had a practical approach, as not to invest in something to expensive after having slept on the same mattres for over 25 plus years, he provided immediate support and guidance. His knowledge and demeanor were well appreciated and in the end we were satisfied on all levels completely.

Ordered two mattresses and movable bases from this location. My experience with ordering, delivery, and home set up was great. The company was communicative with us all throughout the process. Jun Philip was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding what would be a great fit for our back support needs. He was very patient in answering my questions and also helped reschedule my delivery when a conflict came up and I needed a later delivery date. I highly recommend Jun Philip and this location.

Tommy was our salesman this weekend. He talked us through our options that best fit what we were looking for. He also presented incite on the brands and their technology, using personal experiences and past customer reviews. He also was very budget aware and presented any opportunities for discounts or sales. He was overall very informative, informed, and incredibly friendly.
