Sleep Number

I first visited on 12/26/25 to pick up plugs for the bed before moving. Dan was a great help and even explained how to disconnect air tubing and attach the plug. He is very knowledgeable and showed me the items on sale. I returned the next day 12/27 and purchased 2 blankets they are so soft and great to snuggle in and 2 sets of twin bed sheets. Great service and attention to customers needs and questions. Thank you, I would recommend sleep number beds 100% I've had mine for 5 years and never an issue. Can always count on great service and support

JB was awesome in assisting us with purchasing our new Sleep Number bed. He was patient with all of our questions when I contacted the Waterford Lakes store and he worked with our schedule to arrange an early morning appointment. He listened to our needs and made great recommendations for our budget. His colleague Dan was helpful, too. We can’t imagine having any other bed besides a Sleep Number bed. We’re looking forward to having it delivered and setup.

Jeff was amazing! Made sure we got the best deal possible. Explained how all the functions of the bed worked and how to make any adjustments if needed. This is the second sleep number bed my husband and I have bought. Can’t imagine sleeping on anything else.

I was pretty sure I wanted a sleep number bed but didn’t know a lot about them. Jeff at the N Alafaya Trail store was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. He asked pertinent questions to make sure I got a bed I would be happy with. He spent the time to inform me and then gave me space to make the right decision for me. Thank you Jeff.
