I bought a couch here. I appreciated the non-aggressive salesperson who answered all our questions and helped us measure. After the delivery there was an issue with the couch and they had a technician out the same day within a few hours. Excellent communication from the delivery people. Excellent communication from the technician. Excellent communication from customer service. I will absolutely buy here again.

Sam was soooooo amazing. She helped me find everything I needed and more. I came in for a dining table and ended up re doing multiple rooms. Her customer service was top tier. She was patient and hilarious, it felt like I was shopping with a friend. Love her! Love the store! I've been looking for some time for good furniture, the quality of JR furniture is unmatched!

I had such a great experience buying a new couch with Sam. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was good at listening to what we wanted and helped me and my husband find a compromise on a couch that we both would be happy with. She even helped us pick a color that would match our current space. I can’t recommend her enough. She really went above and beyond in her customer service.

We purchased a couch recently. Sam was easy to communicate with and straight to the point. She took care of us. The process was easy, no hassles. We would recommend JR furniture for their selection and would highly recommend Sam. She’s a great sales person.

So of come back to say it's now been I think roughly a two-year mark, and the couches have crapped out on the mechanics. The long couch that we bought all of the mechanics work slowly and it always has. I'm thinking they've made too long of cords and not enough power supply. My chair the electronics have crapped out. So now I got I believe what $8,000 worth of furniture that's useless. And I have to say that the guy they had sent out originally to do the factory warranty was automatically showing his signs for the factory and not for us as the customer. He made it impossible for the factory to warranty anything because he made assumptions of the color of the couch saying that it was dirty because of my dogs even knowing it's a milky tan couch. He scrubbed the color off the arm and said see there's the color after he scrubbed off all the finish. And then he assumed that the dog hair under the couch was in the gears. Well I checked the gears and they're totally enclosed where dog hair can't even get into them. He didn't even bother to look to see himself. It is disgusting. You can see in the picture where he scrubbed off to finish and there is some dirt here but this is the color you see the specs of dirt that's actually the color of the couch I'm so pissed
