I had initially just been looking on the internet but there are too many unknowns. This chair fits me and I appreciate the attributes and the platinum delivery service and the insurance package. The polyester leather/suede looking fabric upholstery is in stock. I am preparing for shoulder surgery. My quarters are small and I plan to have this chair for many years.
