Mattress Firm Wyomissing Northwest

We stepped in and were pretty immediately greeted by Philip. Pretty quickly it became apparent that Philip was very knowledgeable on the subject of sleep and mattress sales as a whole. We weren’t ready to buy right away, and so Philip left us with a bunch of information and no pressure to purchase that day. Fortunately we were able to work with him the next day when we made our purchase. It was made easy and it was fairly quick. We never felt at any point that just whatever product is being sold to us. His knowledge and experience helped pair us up with the right option in our budget. We really appreciated our experience at mattress firm compared to other mattress sales. And very much appreciated Philip’s time and knowledge to point us in the right direction.

Working with Mike was a great experience. We intended to walk in the store to purchase a new pillow to obtain a restful night of sleep. We walked out with not only ordering a new a pillow but a new mattress as well. He is extremely knowledgeable of all products offered. He gave us what I can only call a full demonstration of what the store has to offer. Helped us tremendously to make what we feel was the best decision for us. He was not only knowledgeable, polite and friendly, he stayed a good hour past closing time to assist us while not feeling at all rushed. GREAT customer service!

my boyfriend and i came into mattress firm to explore new mattress options, knowing memorial day sales were going to start. phillip, our sleep expert, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. he was not pushy, did not try to upsell fancy products, or seem interested in getting us to spend the most money. he truly seemed interested in helping us find the perfect mattress, and making sure we make the right choice for what we need/are looking for. he answered any and all questions that we had, and did so efficiently. carlos was also there, and he was just as kind and helpful. we ended up coming back the very next day to finalize the sale, and we are very happy with our experience. it made buying a mattress smooth and stress free. everyone was very kind and pleasant to work with. thank you phillip!!

Our Sleep Expert was named Carlos and he did a phenomenal job helping us pick out our mattress. We told him exactly what we wanted and where our price range was and he immediately jumped in and was on it. He was super helpful and very friendly. Carlos made getting a mattress super easy!

Bought 2 mattresses from here 2 years back. Great customer service at that time. Visited the showroom today based on previous experience, sales person was trying to help but the manager or the person above him- we felt he don't need any sale 🤣. With these attitude people better buy online.
