The store is great and the layout is very easy to navigate. Clean and bright. I dealt with Isaac, who was more then spectacular. No pressure... easy to talk to and work with... he made suggestions and recommendations, but explained why he was doing it. If you're ever gone through a high-pressure "upsell", you know how it made you feel... I had absolutely none of it. I've already discussed furniture for two other rooms with him, and I'm quite confident that my great service and sale will continue. Smart manager... he hired great sales people who I'm sue are making his job easier. Forget the commercials - go check it out in person and talk with the staff, and you'll find out just how good Bob's really is.... Great product(s), super people...!

This was my second purchase from Bob's Furniture. I was so impressed by the first total experience ( from ordering to delivery) that I chose Bob's Furniture again when we needed a new mattress. Adam Hiller made the entire experience very easy. He answered all my questions and we left knowing we chose the right place. He allowed my son to take his time choosing the mattress that was the best fit for him. The manager that went over everything with us, was very helpful also. We will definitely be back when we needed something, as well as recommended Bob's Furniture to others.

My husband and I recently bought a new sectional and our time spent in store was wonderful. Katie was super helpful without being overbearing. She was respectful and answered all of our questions while still giving us our space. In fact, every member of staff that we spoke to was pleasant and welcoming. We will definitely be going back in the future.

This could have been a 5 star review but I will break down good and bad we went to look at a love seat and ended up with a 3 seat sofa the also has the middle can fold down to reveal two cup holders and charging station when the middle seat is not in use . Good sales was great friendly and put us in a bigger sofa for the same price. Now for the bad we asked about delivery and taking old love seat away well this is where it gets deep delivery charge $100 Setup charge $150 Take old love seat away $150 Talk about a license to rob you Well we did delivery only $100 and we got a box dropped in the garage Upside down and box showed damage lucky only a small in dent where the Velcro is on the back of sofa at the bottom where the back rest attached so my 02 cents is pick up your self unless you want to pay an extra $400 for 1 piece of furniture

Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant. They understood what our needs were. They were able to place the order without difficulty. My question was can these items be on hold because the room was not ready yet. My answer was yes we can.
