We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Even on the first visit, when we didn’t make a purchase that day, Emmanuel and Niko treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care. They made us feel comfortable and never pressured us, which really stood out to us. When we came back to purchase, they welcomed us again and made us feel valued the entire time. We made multiple changes to our order throughout the process, and they were still patient, understanding, and helpful every step of the way. Emmanuel and Niko truly went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. The guys were amazing! Very polite and quick too. They assembled the couch, plugged it in and showed me how every thing worked including the sound system with the lights! Everything works perfectly!
