Sleep Number

I always have a good experience here. I bought my bed a few years ago and I absolutely love it; the buying process was easy and friendly and I sleep better than ever. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" to, they actually wanted to solve my sleep problems. I come back in for sheets, pillows, or for help with my sleep app and I am always warmly welcomed by knowledgeable people! Tim, Fierra, and Piper have all helped me and they are all great.

We were looking to replace/upgrade our 25 year old Select Comfort bed. We had such a great experience with our visit and glad we decided to come here. Fierra and Tim answered all of our questions, did not pressure us at all, and helped us find the best fit for us. Outright bed was delivered as scheduled. The installation guys were very professional and careful moving in the new bed. They went over all the features with us and got us set up completely. Thanks so much for your excellent service!

So far so good we have not received our bed yet so I can’t really review the bed but the staff at the Ann Arbor Michigan location was super sweet. I believe her name was Fiera . All around great visit to this store.
