Sleep Number

Kira provided an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain the differences between the various Sleep Number mattresses, and encouraged me to try several options so I could find the best fit for my needs. She was personable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. She also did everything she could to accommodate my timeline. While the earliest delivery available was still later than I had hoped, she was upfront about the timeframe and even offered to keep an eye out for an earlier shipping opportunity if one became available. I really appreciated her honesty and effort. I actually stopped at this Sleep Number location while passing through another city, and I'm so glad I did. Kira made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. I'm still waiting for my mattress to arrive, but if it lives up to the outstanding in-store experience she provided, I'll be one happy customer. Thank you, Kira, for making what can be a big purchase feel easy and comfortable!

Let me first start this review by saying my fiancé and I walked into this sleep number with little to no confidence of walking out with a mattress. However, we got the wonderful pleasure of working with Rosellen. She made this experience for us more than worth it. She was very attentive and listened to all of our sleep needs in order to give us the best experience possible. Finding a mattress my fiancé and I both love has been a little stressful for us because we both have two completely different sleeping preferences. Sleeping will no longer be an issue for us with our new sleep number mattress. We owe a huge thank you to Rosellen and sleep number!!

My experience in this location could not have been better. Rosellen was the main person who helped me, but Molly was also so wonderful and so helpful. I have never bought a mattress before, and they could not have made the experience easier or more stress free. I felt so very listened to and I absolutely cannot wait to get my new mattress! Thank you so much for giving me such a great experience!

Molly helped us pick out the right mattress for our issues. My back problems and husband's different requirements. She was very thorough, patient and gave us time to try out the mattress. Such a pleasant experience. I can't wait for it to be delivered.

We had our original Select Comfort bed for 23 years, so when it came time to purchase a new mattress, it was a no brained that we’d purchase a Sleep Number bed. Molly, our sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable, so it made our experience very pleasant. I definitely recommend Sleep Number and if you are around Sanford, ask for Molly.
