Ashley Store

BUYER BEWARE! I would not recommend ordering from Ashley Furniture. I ordered a bedroom set and paid over 10k for it just for it to be delivered broken and missing pieces. This was a month ago and still has not been resolved. First I was told that I would receive a call to resolve the issue within 48 hours. No call. So I called the customer service number multiple times and when I would call back to check on things they would have no record of the previous calls. I asked for a supervisor and was assured one would be calling me back within 48 hours. No call ever came. I purchased this in-store at the Sanford location and went back into the store when I was not able to get help from their customer service number. The store has no power whatsoever to help you. They called the customer service number that I already called. I was told by David (our salesman that we had purchased the furniture from) that customer service said they were going to put in an exchange for the broken and missing pieces and that it had been escalated and someone would be calling me to let me know when the exchange was processed. No one ever called me. That was a week ago. I called today and they told me they had no record of there being missing pieces. Beyond frustrated, I put in a return order on the bedroom set that I actually want. I want this bedroom set but I’m not going to pay 10k for a broken set that is missing pieces. Now I have to go through a return process which I have no doubt they will find some way to mess up. I have been an Ashley customer for over 15 years but I will never shop there again. UPDATE: I emailed them on 01/21 (the day they responded to my review) at the email they provided and no one ever responded. It is now the 27th. Just one dropped ball after another. My furniture was picked up today and I am just glad to be done with them.

The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. It’s rare to get such efficient and friendly service these days, and Ashley Furniture truly delivered. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this store to others. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wanted to help us find the right fit instead of just pushing a sale. If you’re visiting this location, ask for Shiva. He made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Was real good experience! Went in the store looking for a bed within my budget, a very friendly sale associate names Nancy came to greet me. She showed me different beds and then brought me to one that I liked within my budget and was a done deal. Nancy was very down to earth and knowledgeable. Glad I chose to go to Ashley's store!
