I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH… I ORDERED A MATTRESS, A BEAUTIFUL BED & 2 NIGHTSTANDS… ITS MONTHS LATER & IM STILL INLOVE! I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK & PURCHASE AGAIN!

I can say the service was ok until one of the items had to be returned and all of a sudden they were too busy to come back and pick up the items that needed to be returned. I live like 2 blocks away from the warehouse but no one had time to stop by to get the items after they already agreed to a refund. I call/text they give me a time that they are gonna come but no one ever call back or show up (communication is key). I wasn’t gonna take it to this point to post a review but when my hard working money is involved and I feel like someone is just playing with my intelligence then I guess this is what needs to be done. The only reason that I’m putting 1 star is because I have to pick atleast 1 to post a review. I was really looking forward to doing more business but I changed my mind on that.

I recently purchased a Sectional from Mattress Fox, and it I'm so happy with the quality and comfort. It fit perfectly our existing furniture, and I must comment on how exceptional the quality of service was. I definitely will be coming back for future needs.

if i could give this place 0 star i would this is the whole truth and nothing but the truth...2 months ago these people brought a king size supposed to have been orthopedic mattress to our home free delivery driver was very nice and courteous even took away our old mattress here's the trick I'm already feeling springs in this 14 inch thick mattress I wake up so sore and hurting every morning I am going to throw it out please do not buy mattress from these people I don't care how cheap the price.... update as of today May 31st 2024 foxx mattress came back to my home and brought 3 king size mattresses I was able to choose the one that fit me best I chose a more firmer mattress being I am a big guy it has been 2 weeks and this mattress is really nice they replace the one I had no extra charge now I'm happy 😁 thank you fox
