This place was expensive. Not worth the product. My bed was real tough it hurt my back!! I recommend Bobs furniture way better price good quality and friendly service w no pressure at all. I got a box frame and bed for 475 at this location. then for delivery was going to be 150ish. At bobs I got a queen and full size bed a box frame delivery was 45 dollars. All together I paid 675 and the bed is so comfortable i love it.

False advertising. Drove 25 miles to purchase a piece of furniture advertised for $299 but when I got there salesman claimed item was 1,000’s more because “they custom make their furniture “ and the advertisement was wrong

In store service was good. We bought a sectional with ottoman and a mattress. Delivery was good too. In less than a year the ottoman's wheels fell out. A technician came to the house told it happens all the time. Took a piece off like a washer that wasn't broken but removed it from the ottoman. Now I have five issues to deal with. He told me he would reorder the parts for all four wheels. And that I could put them in myself or have my husband do it. We only got a ball bolt and caster socket for one wheel. Customer service has been ridiculously lacking. It's so unacceptable and they won't replace the ottoman. Technician said it was my fault. If it's not resolved I have a dispute form and will be happy to get a lawyer and report them to the BBB I will never purchase from Ashley again IKEA would be a better option.

This is gonna be a long one but definitely read it!! We got our furniture custom made in May 2024. They measured the space and yet the couch was oversized and the cushions were already wearing down. We called multiple times and ended up having to go to the store and talk to them in person after trying to get a hold of them for 9 months. Finally one person came to the house and measured our space. They took our couch for 3 months in effort to fix it and in between asked me multiple times the same question of size. The couch was still the same after 3 months of waiting. It's a couch with built in bed and the cushions from on top of the bed are sinking in. The cushions are all of different thickness. I had told my friend about it and he said why did you use this store and he said they ruined my furniture as well. I thought about it a lot if I should post a review or not but every time I sit on the sofa I get upset about it. They were pretending to fix it and kept it for 3 months but returned it exactly the same as before. I do not recommend anyone buying anything from them, it will be a waste of your money and time. They are just about advertisements and nothing else.

SCAMMERS!!!! This place has been scamming their customers. I got approved for a loan for a couch and dresser, but I cancelled the delivery the next day. They proceeded to try to deliver the items, and although I NEVER received anything, they are still charging me over $2k for the loan. It’s been over 4 years and whenever I call the store, the manager is nowhere to be found and no one knows when he is coming in. Somehow all the records are lost and they “don’t have access to them” after 90 days. The furniture is beautiful, but be careful if you’re considering shopping with them.
