View on GoogleI ordered an AC online Sunday night I got delivery on Monday morning today. Because it was an online order and I needed to exchange the navigation of that was very difficult for me. I went into the store in Astoria spoke to Alex who kindly found a solution to my problem, my issue was dealt with and resolved really quickly. He was helpful knowledgeable and I feel he's a great ambassador for PC Richards and I hope he is appreciated there. Thanks Alex you restored my faith in customer service today.
