Mattress Gallery at P.C. Richard & Son

The furniture they sell here is garbage beware what you buy their Furniture is literally made out of foam and cardboard if you want Furniture that's going to last go elsewhere

Employee Gerson was absolutely helpful and I recommend him to any person coming to PC Richards for an item available.

Tej is the best sales person. we really love his service. Highly recommend him all the time

Nick was a helpful and professional sales associate. He got us the best price available. He even was able to get us a fire fighter discount. Thank you

Naso Stavros told us buying Total Defense was an obligation when we purchased a macbook pro. We called PC Richard and son support and they informed us this was untrue. The store manager Soloman was not around for us to escalate so Naso offered only a full refund for the computer. Or we could leave and continue with our complaint. We left with the computer, the total defense protection, and provided an official complaint about this store to support. Octavio, our sales guy, was nice but he let Naso hijack and impose his own sales tactics. Even if it is an obligation, at the very least, this should be advertised and written somewhere for the customer to see. It's bad business regardless of the outcome. This place has signs on the wall saying "rely on us" and no "false claims", but this did not feel like an example of that.
