I ordered an air conditioner from the store to be expressed delivered and it was not delivered even after 3 days. I paid for same day delivery. I called the store and I’m constantly being put on hold for almost an hour. Seems like they don’t actually know what they are doing and there’s not good communication between their stores and delivery service. This issue is still not resolved.

View on GoogleI’m A Firefighter in the upper west side. We came in cause our microwave stopped working and we needed a new one. As soon as we walked in Jason Burgos who I think was the manager helped us out as soon as we walked through the door. He understood that we didn’t have much time and got us the hooked up with a sales representative Richard. Richard gave a promoted a quick service. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We appreciate PC Richard’s always looking out for us.
