COI Nightmare - Avoid if you live in a managed building! I have been stuck in a five-week loop of incompetence just trying to get a standard Certificate of Insurance (COI) from P.C. Richard & Son. Buying the appliance was the easy part; the "after-sales service" is a disaster. I have received dozens of emails from multiple different representatives, and every time I think we’re close, they start a new email thread or ask for the same information again. It is incredibly slow and disorganized. I’ve had to exchange over 50 emails just to get one document that should take five minutes to produce. Because of their delay, my installation has been pushed back for over a month. If you live in a building that requires a COI, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that actually knows how to handle basic paperwork. Extremely disappointed.
