Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

The large store is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. It is in the Ceasar's Bay Shopping Center. They have additional stores. Parking is available in the large lot that includes chargers for electric vehicles. Nice variety of furniture for kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms and bedrooms. Mattresses and bedding are also an option. Prices are very good.

Bought quite a few pieces from this location. The customer service was great, they explained everything well . However, I don’t particularly like being followed around the store constantly and being overwhelmed by being told about the credit card and such while viewing every piece at the store. If I have a question, I will look for a representative and ask. Sometimes people just want to enjoy the piece first without the hassle. Thats the only reason I’m rating 4 stars. Great selection and prices as well.

Daniel was great! Super helpful, informative, & personable. It was our first time shopping for couches and we weren’t sure exactly what we wanted. He gave us space while we were browsing and we did not feel rushed or pressured at all which we appreciated. He answered all of our questions and explained everything clearly. The manager Demetrios was also fantastic. Great customer service all around. Thank you to everyone who helped us. Very pleased with our experience and would definitely come back to Bob’s.
