I can’t recommend Jackie at Morris’s enough. She completely transformed my home, helping me choose the perfect furniture and designing each room exactly how I wanted it. Her attention to detail and eye for style are unreal. Every piece looks high-end and fits perfectly in my space. The service from start to finish was outstanding. Jackie really took the time to listen and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Avery made our experience at Morris the best experience we've had in a long time at Morris. It was lovely she did what we asked she found us furniture that fit us and we don't have to worry about sending it back. We walked into a Morris store near us and were going to purchase a sofa and loveseat that I really liked online. Lindsey was our sales associate and she showed us a few more sofa's and couches that actually had what I wanted and more. We went ahead and purchased the Batavia Pier couches, they are so very nice and they delivered them very quickly. The light on the sofa didn't work, so they were going to replace the light, but I asked if I can just swap it out for a new couch and they were able to honor that request and deliver a new couch with a working light within 5 days. I also found this set cheaper at another furniture store and spoke with Angie the manager and she price matched their price. I am very satisfied with Morris Home Furnishings and will be purchasing from them again. They have a wonderful selection, prices and exceptional customer service!!!!!

I recently purchased a sectional from Morris Furniture company and the experience was exceptional. Not only did they have better pricing than the value stores, they also went out of there at to provide great service and support. I would highly recommend the staff at the Dayton mall store. !
