Amazing experience here all around. They took the time to really get to know specifically what I needed. It wasnt a cookie cutter approach at all. I saw other customers in there and they were all given the exact same great treatment that i was receiving. I was encouraged to take my time and dive into the likes and dislikes of each option. Once we finally settled on a mattress, I actually felt confident in my purchase, which is a massive deal these days when buying mattresses. It took me a longggg time of reading reviews and anecdotes from people online about what mattress they purchased and why they never liked them, before I gave up and went to Mattress Makers. If I would've realized this place existed and went to them in the first place I could've saved years of sleeping on uncomfortable mattresses that sagged and gave up after 6 months to a year. It's hard buying mattresses these days. Even harder to find one that lasts. Please do yourself a favor and go here instead. I paid a premium vs what I would've paid online, and it was worth it 100 fold to get a good sleep and feel productive again during my days. Plus, I know I won't have to replace it again in a year, then again in another year, and another after that. 10/10

Sales person Kevin at the Morena Blvd was great. He was kind, professional, funny and explained in detail how the beds were made, the materials that are used and details about the warranty. He guided us to a few beds he thought would be good for us and then let us take our time going back and forth between our top picks. I would highly recommend this family owned business if you’re on the hunt for a mattress. No fancy marketing, gimmicks or middle man. We financed half of the cost of our purchase with their 24 months no interest through Synchrony. We ended up with a split Cal King with adjustable bases. There was no way we could have afforded this at the prices we were quoted at Mattress Firm and another big box store. We’re so glad we found Mattresses Makers online. I can’t speak to the mattresses yet as we just purchased them today. They have a 150 day return/exchange policy so I’m comfortable knowing we have a good amount of time to make sure the mattress is what we expected.

I was in need of a new mattress for my antique bed. Since I needed it to be custom made, I came across Mattress Makers in San Marcos. Everyone there was very helpful . Everything from the service to the delivery was exceptional and so far the latex mattress is the most comfortable mattressI have had in a long time. I would definitely buy from them again.
