Denise was the Saatva rep. who helped us. First she was very welcoming and so helpful. She is very knowledgeable and helped us with our needs. We had taken the Saatva mattress test. That test recommended the classic mattress but, that mattress did not work for us. With some questions Denise asked, she was able to recommended a different mattress which turned out to be the right one for us. Denise has a great personality and so easy to work with. Thank you for all our help!

I gave 5 stars because your showroom was very clean and organized. Your staff (Karen, San Diego showroom) was very professional and knowledgeable on the product I was interested in. Your showroom was appropriately staffed for the amount of customers! All combined, it lead me to purchase a Saatva Classic luxury firm mattress. And eventhough I did plenty of research on matresses, what lead me to select a Saatva matress was that it scored very high on customer reviews!

Karen was knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave clear, honest guidance without any sales pressure. She explained the differences between models in a way that actually made sense and helped narrow things down quickly. I appreciated that she didn’t push upgrades or upsells—just solid recommendations based on what would actually work for my needs. Follow-up was timely and professional. Overall, a smooth experience made better by someone who clearly knows the product and respects the customer’s time.
