Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

The salesperson we worked with was great. (I believe her name is Tara.) She helped my wife and I decide on the perfect compromise. She was patient and listened to our concerns. Overall it was a great experience.

I went in planning to buy just ONE Tempur-Pedic pillow… and somehow walked out with THREE — and honestly, I couldn’t be happier about it! Huge shoutout to Magdi, Barry, and Johnny for delivering some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect fit. They took the time to explain everything, let me try different options, and never once made me feel pressured — just supported. I already own a Tempur-Pedic pillow that I absolutely LOVE, and I can confidently say it’s worth every single penny. The comfort and quality are unmatched, and thanks to these guys, I now have even more to enjoy. If you’re even thinking about upgrading your sleep setup, do yourself a favor and go see Magdi, Barry, and Johnny. Exceptional service like this is rare — they turned a simple purchase into an awesome experience!

My mom unfortunately left her Tempur-Pedic pillow at a resort in Palm Desert, so we decided to make a trip to the flagship store at UTC. Both my mom and I were beyond impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and knowledge that was provided. We walked in looking for only one pillow, and subsequently left with three. Thank you to both Magdi and Johnny for such a wonderful experience at the store. 10 stars!

Barry Heyman was my salesperson a couple of weeks ago and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and helped me find the perfect mattress. Afterwards, I went to look at a couple of other places to inform myself further but returned here due to his service, pleasant experience, and of course, the superior product. I highly recommend the store and working with Barry.

We had a fantastic experience at the Tempur-Pedic store in UTC, thanks to Barry! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to match each of us with the perfect pillow based on our individual sleeping positions. Even though we didn’t purchase our bed at this location, Barry went above and beyond by showing us how to use and get the most out of it. His dedication to customer service really stood out. We’ll definitely be returning to this location for future purchases!
